Terms of Service · CSI Strategy Toolkit

1. Agreement

By accessing the CSI Strategy Toolkit ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to design, manage, and report your corporate social investment programs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the rights to upload any evidence or beneficiary information.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Paystack); we do not store card details.

4. Data and confidentiality

Your organisation's data is isolated from other organisations. We process data to provide the Service and in line with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other organisations' data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
